Ask about AI ActPrices exclude VAT where it applies; most businesses outside the EU are not charged VAT. Each plan covers document checks, the yearly review and up to two hours a year per product of dealing with authorities. Anything beyond that is €90 an hour, and we tell you before it happens.
Your products carry our name, so we only take on products we can check properly from documents. If yours is on the second list, we're not the right fit yet.
If your business is outside the EU and you sell physical products to people in the EU, yes. That has been the rule since 13 December 2024 (GPSR Article 16). If you have EU customers or users and no office in the EU, you most likely need a GDPR representative too (Article 27), unless your data use is occasional and low risk. Not sure? Yes. One responsible person or representative covers the whole EU, and for product safety the wider EEA too.
We send you the exact text: your own company details plus our name, postal address and email, laid out the way the rules ask. It goes on the label, the packaging or the paperwork in the box, and in your online listings (Article 19).
We reply within two business days, forward it to you the same day, put the answer together from your file and send it before the deadline. Up to two hours a year per product is included.
Yes. We turn down products that aren't on our list and files that don't pass our checks, and you get your money back before anything is signed. If a client stops cooperating, or a product looks dangerous, we end the agreement and tell the authority. That's what the law expects from us.
GPSR Agent is being set up as a private limited company in Malta (EU). The waitlist only holds your place and the launch price. Nobody is charged and nothing is signed until the company is registered and, for product safety, insured. We're a representation and paperwork service, not a law firm, and we don't give legal advice.
